  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups Splenda
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups + 1 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and Splenda until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add sour cream and flour mixture alternately to the creamed mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, add filling layer, cover with remaining batter, then bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
