  • 1215 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta shells until al dente; drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of filling; arrange in a baking dish with marinara sauce.
  5. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella; cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes covered, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
