  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ cup + 2 tablespoons very warm water
  • 2 tablespoons oil (canola, vegetable, or olive oil)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine gluten-free flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix on low speed until combined.
  2. Gradually add warm water and oil while mixing until a dough forms; knead by hand if necessary.
  3. Shape the dough into a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into six equal balls and keep covered to prevent drying.
  5. Flatten each ball on parchment paper and roll into circles about 6 ½ inches in diameter.
  6. Heat an ungreased nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for five minutes.
