  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 15 ounces Pumpkin Puree
  • 12 ounces Evaporated Milk
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 6 ounces Whole Milk
  • 8 ounces Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine white cake mix, melted butter, eggs, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Once cooled, poke holes in the cake and pour over the milk mixture (evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, cinnamon). Allow it to soak.
  5. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
