  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Low Carb Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: Season beef with salt and pepper, brown in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then set aside.

  4. Combine Ingredients: Return cooked beef to the skillet along with sautéed vegetables; mix well. Top with provolone cheese.
  5. Broil: Place skillet in oven on broil for 3–4 minutes or until cheese is melted to your liking.
