  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Black pepper
  • 3 jalapeños
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 green onions (chopped (green parts only))
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, oregano, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan on medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

  6. Serve the grilled chicken drizzled with the sauce or as a dip.
