  • 8 oz salted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter powder
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tsp Vegan Gelatin
  • 3 oz cold water
  • 2/3 cup peanut flour or peanut butter powder
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sweetener
  • 13 tsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt salted butter, heavy cream, and sweetener over medium heat until bubbly. Stir in raw cacao butter and peanut butter powder until smooth. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  2. Dissolve Vegan Gelatin in cold water. Whip cream cheese until fluffy; mix in gelatin and chilled peanut butter mixture.
  3. Combine crust ingredients in a bowl and press into an 8-inch springform pan.
  4. Pour filling over crust; chill for at least 8 hours or until firm.
  5. Melt raw cacao butter for drizzle topping; stir in powdered sweetener and adjust with heavy cream until smooth. Drizzle over chilled cheesecake before serving.
