  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 cup ketchup (or BBQ sauce)
  • 23 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 23 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a loaf pan with foil and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
