  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free powdered sweetener
  • 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions or combine dry ingredients (almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt) in a bowl.
  3. Add melted butter and eggs to the dry mixture; mix well and fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  5. For the peanut butter layer, beat together peanut butter, sweetener, and softened butter until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
  6. For the ganache, melt chocolate chips and butter together until smooth; pour over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Refrigerate until set before slicing into squares.
