  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Measure and prep all ingredients; wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
