  • 1 bunch of parsley, stems trimmed
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small blender, combine softened butter, olive oil, garlic cloves, parsley, salt, and pepper; pulse until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and sauté diced chicken for about 3 minutes until browned.
