  • 1 cup baby spinach (roughly chopped)
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup cooked or rotisserie chicken (chopped into small pieces)
  • ½1 tsp salt (depending on your preference)
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
