  • 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • ¼ cup avocado oil mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup unsweetened ketchup
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 tsp coarse kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess liquid.
  3. Stir in black pepper, garlic, and kosher salt; cook for a few minutes.
  4. Mix in ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted; broil for an additional 1-2 minutes if desired.
