  • 1 ½ cups Blanched Fine Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Xanthan Gum (optional)
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ⅓ cup Sour Cream (Full Fat)
  • 3 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, xanthan gum (if using), and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir until combined.
  5. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Scoop the batter into the muffin pan (about 3 tbsp per cup).
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. While baking, prepare garlic butter by mixing melted butter with garlic powder and chopped parsley.
  9. Brush warm biscuits with garlic butter before serving.
