  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp Banana Extract

  2. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks; gradually add warm cream while whisking to temper the yolks.
  4. Return the mixture to low heat, stirring constantly as you add the tempered egg yolk mixture.
  5. Stir in the sugar substitute until fully combined.
  6. Simmer gently, stirring often until thickened.
  7. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and banana extracts.
  8. Cool while whisking for about 5 minutes, then cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent film formation.
  9. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving with whipped cream and High-Key vanilla wafers.
