Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites and sugar until slightly foamy.
  2. Add almond flour, orange zest, and juice; mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Form small balls using your hands or an ice cream scoop.
  4. Place cookie balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and indent each with your thumb.
  5. Fill indents with orange marmalade.
