  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced
  • 56 cups broccoli florets
  • 12 oz gluten-free noodles
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Low sodium beef or veggie broth (1/3 cup)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onion
  • Chili oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together coconut aminos, honey, arrowroot starch, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté broccoli in oil for about 5-8 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add oil and sear the flank steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until medium rare; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lower heat and return broccoli and cooked noodles to the skillet. Pour in broth and sauce mixture; cook for an additional 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Serve topped with sesame seeds and green onions; drizzle with chili oil if desired.
