  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pat chicken thighs dry and coat with olive oil.
  4. Rub seasoning mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken.
  5. Place seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken, cook for another 6-10 minutes until crispy.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan on top and air fry for an additional 2 minutes; flip and repeat.
  8. Check internal temperature—should reach at least 175°F (ideally 185-195°F).
  9. Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
