  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g butter
  • 1200ml beef stock
  • 15g thyme
  • 400g baguette
  • 150g Comté cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

  4. Pour in the beef stock to deglaze the pan and add thyme leaves. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Slice the baguette into rounds and place soup into oven-proof bowls, adding baguette slices on top.
