  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Fresh basil leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes on each side; season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, oregano, and red pepper flakes for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken stock and heavy cream to the skillet, then stir in grated Parmesan. Whisk in cornstarch until smooth.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover with sauce, lower heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
