  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 23 tbsp sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a round 15" pizza pan with no-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened coconut oil and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
