  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar or powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the spices and set aside.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with SunButter (and coconut oil if using) for about 1 minute in the microwave until smooth.
  3. Pour the rice Chex into a large bowl and add the melted mixture; stir until evenly coated.
  4. Combine the spice mixture with your chosen sugar and add to the coated cereal; mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper to cool.
  6. Refrigerate for about 4 hours to set before breaking apart and serving.
