  • ½ cup Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh pepper to taste
  • 2 heads of lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • Blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Ranch dressing (optional)
  • ½ cup thinly sliced celery
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium-high heat, add shredded chicken with 1/2 cup of water. Shred as it cooks until all water evaporates.
  2. Lower heat to medium-low, add butter and olive oil, stirring until melted. Mix in buffalo sauce, celery seed, and fresh pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in thinly sliced celery.
  4. Scoop the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with blue cheese crumbles and drizzle ranch dressing if desired.
