  • ½ cup flour (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups panko (gluten-free if needed)
  • Spray oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, milk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Add cauliflower florets and toss until well coated.
  3. Place panko in a shallow bowl. Coat each cauliflower piece in panko thoroughly.
  4. Arrange on the baking sheet, spray lightly with oil, and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  5. For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Once baked, toss cauliflower in the sauce gently before serving.
