  • 22 1/2 pounds Flank steak, cut into 6 pieces
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Tamari sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Season flank steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Marinate steaks in a zip-top bag with tamari sauce and garlic for at least 1 hour.
  3. Lay marinated steaks flat; place asparagus and bell peppers in the center of each.
  4. Roll steak around vegetables; secure with toothpicks.
  5. Preheat air fryer; cook bundles at 400°F for about 5 minutes.
  6. Rest cooked bundles for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by combining balsamic vinegar, beef broth, and butter in a saucepan until thickened.
